Examination Committee

Objectives 1:

1. To conduct school examinations in a fair and just manner.

2. To inculcate a spirit of competition and fairness in examinations.

3. To realize the importance of examinations with skills as a passport to   higher education and success in life.

  Objectives 2:

A 1. Distribution of adequate materials – question/answer papers, maps, Clarks Tables.

   2. Collection of answer scripts, distribution to concerned teacher for evaluation.

   3. Refreshments to the examination staff.

   4. Ensuring that the subject teacher has edited the Question papers.

B 1. Making decisions on disputes, cheating cases and awarding penalties.

 2. Ensuring strict invigilation.

C    Framing, announcing disciplinary rules and sanctions.

Strategies:

1. Sealing of answer papers under the supervision of a committee member.

2. Security of question papers kept under safe custody with the Secretary of Exam     Committee.
